- Los mensajes que nos escribes por WhatsApp.
- Si los firmas en el salón, tus formularios de consentimiento. Si lo aceptas, una foto para reconocerte.
Para qué
Para agendar, confirmar, recordar, mover o cancelar tus citas, y para responder tus mensajes. Las promociones te llegan solo si nos das permiso.
Asistente por WhatsApp
Algunas respuestas por WhatsApp las escribe un asistente de inteligencia artificial, con la información del negocio. Wendy puede leer la conversación y responder ella en cualquier momento. Tus notas de salud nunca se envían al asistente.
Con quién se comparten
Solo con los servicios que hacen funcionar el sistema:
- Meta, por WhatsApp;
- Google, por el asistente;
- Cloudflare, donde se guardan los datos de forma privada.
No vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para publicidad de terceros.
Cuánto tiempo y cómo pedir que se borren
Guardamos tus datos mientras seas clienta. Puedes pedir por WhatsApp que se borren tu contacto, tu foto y tus notas. El registro de las citas y los consentimientos firmados se conservan, porque el negocio está obligado a guardarlos. También puedes pedir que no te mandemos más recordatorios ni promociones.

What we use
- Your name and WhatsApp number.
- Your appointments: service, day and time.
- The messages you send us on WhatsApp.
- If you sign them at the studio, your consent forms. If you agree, a photo to recognize you.
Why
To book, confirm, remind you of, move or cancel your appointments, and to answer your messages. You get promotions only if you allow it.
WhatsApp assistant
Some WhatsApp replies are written by an artificial intelligence assistant, using the business's information. Wendy can read the conversation and reply herself at any time. Your health notes are never sent to the assistant.
Who it is shared with
Only the services that run the system:
- Meta, for WhatsApp;
- Google, for the assistant;
- Cloudflare, where the data is stored privately.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
How long, and how to ask us to delete it
We keep your data while you are a client. You can ask on WhatsApp to delete your contact, photo and notes. The appointment record and signed consent forms are kept, because the business must keep them. You can also ask us to stop sending reminders or promotions.
